This payment schedule is based on the progressive completion of the project, similar to the Progress Payments. However, the customer is given an option to postpone payments in exchange for paying a finance fee.

1. Credit Terms - 45 to 60 days net.
   
2. Finance fee - 3% to 8% depending on credit terms requested.
