| David Lemmond / General Manager, Chamberlain Hotel R&K Proman is currently in the mid stream of a construction job at Chamberlain West Hollywood. The project involves the renovation of a garage area, which is in daily use by the Hotel operations for our valet parking operation. As the person responsible for the operation of the Hotel, R&K Proman has been a very conscientious vendor. My experience with contractors in the past did not prepare me for the level of cooperation and support I have received from Julia Leytes and her team. R&K has been able to various components of the project. They have enabled uninterrupted operations of the Valet Parking areas of the parking structure. Concerns, which arise during the course of daily work are acknowledged and addressed immediately and thoroughly. Communication is two way and consistent and if there is a problem relating to the project on the construction side, I am presented with options to elicit the best possible outcome. While the project remains a work in process, based on the positive interactions to date with the team at R&K Proman, I feel confident that the finished product will exceed our expectations. |
