1. Can you name all trades needed to complete your project?
2. Do you know the difference between UBC and IBC?
3. Can you name 3 ADA requirements?
4. Can you put together a critical path schedule? Do you know how enforce it?
5. What is retention?
6. What are the legal insurance and bond requirements for a licensed contractor?
7. Can you allocate 3 to 4 hours a day to conflict resolutions?
8. Are you able to verify that everything on the blue prints is included in the subcontractors’ proposals?
9. How many construction inspections do you need in order to receive certificate of occupancy?
10. Can you name three things on which a plumber, electrician, and A/C contractor needs to work together?
