  • Adherence to Project Schedule – our clients’ goal is to begin operating the premises on time and without delay. Therefore, we tirelessly work on enforcing the construction schedule and resolving outstanding issues in a prompt manner. Our production does not stop because of additions and revisions to the scope of a project – we find the way to continue a project by revising schedule, reducing lead times, and alternating various trades to avoid impacting the initially set completion date.

  • Maintaining Initial Budget – our clients’ rely on our meticulous approach to estimating the cost of construction. While quoting construction work, we visit the future site together with our vendors and suppliers to assess the existing conditions not reflected on the construction drawings. By carefully inspecting the future worksite we strive to reduce the future change orders to a minimum. All existing conditions are promptly brought to the attention of architect, engineer, and client.

  • Avoidance of Change Orders – change orders may have a negative impact on our clients’ budget and finances. That is why we make every effort to avoid change orders whenever possible, or offer alternative solutions to bringing the additional cost to a minimum. As a result of our strategy, the maximum increase to our initial construction budget is currently less than 10% including the additions made by our clients.

  • Respectful Treatment of Worksite Surrounding – the construction process could be disruptive in many ways to neighbors, landlords, and fellow tenants. We constantly work on minimizing the impact of construction on immediate surrounding by restricting access to site to the authorized personnel, limiting excessively noisy work to after-business-hours, and regularly removing construction debris and excess materials from both worksite and affected areas.

  • Teamwork – by reinforcing the cooperation and mutual respect, we are able to achieve reduced completion times, lack of on-site conflict between trades, and higher quality of resulting work.
